We have a range of pay monthly Virtual Office packages, detailed below, as well as extra Pay-As-You-Go options available when you need them.
Post Box - £50 per month
Use of The College Business Centre address with no post box number or virtual office moniker, a lockable post box with 24/7 access. Post can also be forwarded to you at the cost of franking plus 10%.
Telephone Answering - £50 per month
Your individual phone number will be answered in your company name, details provided by yourself can be given and messages will be taken and emailed to you (50p per message) We can send out information packs or emails to callers poa.
Telephone Answering can also be offered to our Serviced Office Tenants at £45 per month or £15 per week or part thereof.
Post + Phone - £75 per month
All the services of the Post Box and Telephone Answering above, bundled together at a reduced price.
Post, Phone + Meet - £150 per month
All the services of the Post Box and Telephone Answering along with a full or 2 half days use of the Meeting Room a month.
Pay As You Go
Secretarial Services, including copying, scanning and typing as well as post room services including franking including special delivery & parcels, faxing and courier services are all available from our reception team. Reception is open 9am – 5pm Mon-Fri.
The Meeting Room and smaller interview rooms are available to hire from £20.
